Who these terms apply to

SHE Pre-Qual services are supplied by RJ Safety Consulting Limited, trading as SHE Pre-Qual ("SHE Pre-Qual").

Services and pathways

These terms apply to the Tōtika, SHE Pre-Qual and SHE Tourism Pre-Qual pathways offered through this website and RapidCert. Pathway-specific conditions may also apply.

Fees, cancellations and refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all fees and payments made to SHE Pre-Qual are non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, circumstances where a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the service, chooses not to use the service, or terminates or cancels their engagement after payment has been made.

Once payment has been received, no refund, credit, reimbursement, or partial refund will be payable unless SHE Pre-Qual, at its sole discretion, agrees otherwise in writing.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.

Tōtika scheme terms

The Tōtika scheme terms also apply when you use the SHE Pre-Qual Tōtika pathway.
